CRAVING SWEETS
Do you have a sweet tooth? In 2010, the American Heart Association made a specific recommendation regarding consumption of added sugar. This is the sugar added to things like soft drinks and candy not naturally occuring sugar like in fruits. The AHA recommendation was that men should consume no more than nine teaspoons of added sugar daily (150 calories). For women the recommendation was to limit added sugar to six teaspoons daily (100 calories).
Limiting sugar has lots of bonuses from improving immunity to reducing the risk for heart disease and helping to maintain a healthy weight. A hypnotherapy session could be designed for you to limit your consumption of sugar. So get a good tool to control your sweet tooth!
